January 2nd~Mental Health Tip of the Week~

Open up to someone.

Share your thoughts with someone that you trust or even someone that you normally do not reach out to, ask them how they are doing and start a conversation, you never know they may need it as much as you do!

Plus knowing you are valued by others is important for helping you think more positively. Being more open with others and increasing your trust can increase your emotional well-being because as you get better at finding the positive aspects in other people, you become better at recognizing your own.
